The Audrey Pendant from Contardi Lighting was designed by Massimiliano Raggi to echo the hat worn by Audrey Hepburn in “Breakfast at Tiffany’s.” The combination of silk and cotton on the flared shade covers the bright light within. A ring accent contrasts well with the pale background of the shade, creating a stylish study in contrasts with the trim, while a braided silk cord adds a pop of refined texture, contrasting with the slender cable that suspends the shade and lamping while the fixture casts broad-reaching downlight below.
