Full disclosure, I did return this light but only because I knew it was risky to begin with in terms of fitting the space I needed it for. The style just didn't look right, even though I loved the light. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of craftmanship. It does take a bit of effort and patience to get all of the pieces put together and aligned. There are also a lot of wires due to each stem having its own lighting, but there is a handy gadget you connect each piece into that does make the wiring fairly easy for anyone to handle. The globes are a surprisingly heafty glass globe that screw on easily and securely. Overall, my fears the chandelier would look somewhat cheap were squashed. The overall look did appear like a solid, good quality, modern approach to a Chandelier. Having said that, despite me hoping it would be a nice contrast, our house is a more square contemporary aesthetic, and the chandelier just looked a little out of place. That's no fault to the light, just a risky choice that didn't pan out. I'm only giving this 4 stars because of the effort in putting it all together. It's not hard, there's just a lot to work through.

It's a bit smaller than what I expected from the photos, which is not a bad thing. I love it. My dining room is long and somewhat narrow and this light fixture with is sparkly glam is perfect in the space. Plus it was easy to install. One note, the fixture requires small lightbulbs, which I was not expecting.

The lamps in my bedroom were too dark. Their low light made me look great, but I was hit with harsh reality when I stepped out into actually daylight! So I decided it would be better to see things as they really are, and purchased two of these lamps with the white shades. BOOM! My room is instantly brighter, and I can see my external flaws clearly. Thankfully, I'm flawless on the inside where it counts, and these lamps have no power over my healthy self-esteem. They were $15 each and well worth the money. Buy a set and go see things clearly.
