The well-proportioned entry surface works for small items and extra storage. The top surface is practical for a tray, keys, decor, or a small bowl. It made the space feel less temporary. It blends in well while still adding a little character. It is sturdy enough that I am not nervous placing a tray or decor on it. The doors felt a bit firm at first but smoothed out quickly.
