Our Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make your shopping experience with us risk-free and enjoyable. We understand that occasionally you may need to return a product. In this case, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item, with free return shipping.
Return Policy: Products must be in the same condition as when received – unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that steering wheels and bicycles are custom-made and can only be returned due to quality issues.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@tesery.de or use our live chat. Once your return has been approved, we will send you instructions for returning your package. We will gladly cover the return shipping costs for all non-defective and undamaged products. Damaged or defective items will, of course, also be accepted for return.
(The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for refund requests resulting from a temporary change of mind.)
Please note that items returned without prior return cannot be accepted. For any questions regarding returns, please contact us at sales@tesery.de.
Damage and Issues: We recommend that you inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and resolve it. Your 100% satisfaction is our goal.
Exceptions: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns of gift cards. If you have any questions about your specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Exchanges: To ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible, we recommend that you return your item and place a new order once your return has been processed.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and credit it to your account.
Note: Please avoid DHL/FedEx/UPS, as these services may cause customs delays, high taxes, and potential delivery issues. Any losses incurred by choosing these express return services are the responsibility of the sender.
